OCCASIONAL MAINTENANCE

- Priming/Supply system bleeding

This series of operations must be carried out only in the
following cases:

- Component of supply circuit replaced.
- Tank emptied.
- Tank completely empty after running out of fuel.

All contact with the high pressure fuel has the risk of
percutaneous absorption and burns.

High pressure fuel jets can cause a fire.

Failure to respect the checking and maintenance can
cause serious injury.

Never work on the circuit when it is pressurised.

Failure to respect this recommendation can cause
serious damage to the engine.

Only technicians who have been specially trained
must be allowed to adjust and repair the high
pressure fuel circuit.

Check to make sure the fuel level in the tank is sufficient
and proceed with the bleeding in the following order:
- Open the engine hood.
- Check the state of the fuel supply circuit.
- Operate the hand pump “1”(Fig.H1) about 80 times to
remove air from the low pressure circuit.
- The engine is now ready for start up.
- Run the engine at minimum speed for 5 minutes,
immediately after bleeding the fuel supply circuit, in order
to ensure that the injection pump has been perfectly bled.

NOTE: If the engine runs correctly for a short time and then
stops or works irregularly, check for leaks in the low
pressure circuit.
If in doubt, contact your dealer.

SPECIAAL ONDERHOUD

- Aanzuiging / Ontluchting van het

brandstofcircuit

Deze serie handelingen moet alleen in de volgende
gevallen worden uitgevoerd:
-Component van het brandstoftoevoercircuit vervangen.
- Tank geleegd.
- Tank helemaal leeg na de brandstof helemaal op gereden
te hebben.

Aanraking van de brandstof onder hoge druk levert
het risico op van absorptie via de huid en
brandwonden.

Eventuele brandstofstralen onder hoge druk kunnen
brand veroorzaken.

De niet inachtneming van de voorschriften voor de
controle en het onderhoud kan ernstig letsel
opleveren.

Voer nooit geen enkele handeling uit aan het onder
druk staande circuit.

De niet in achtneming van dit voorschrift kan ernstige
schade aan de motor aanrichten.

Het brandstofcircuit onder hoge druk mag alleen
afgesteld en gerepareerd worden door technici die
passend geschoold zijn.

Controleer of het brandstofniveau in de tank voldoende is
en ontlucht het dan als volgt:
- De motorkap openen.
- Controleer de staat van het brandstofcircuit.
- Activeer ongeveer 80 keer de handpomp “1”(fig.H1) om
de lucht uit het lagedrukcircuit te verwijderen.
- Dan is de motor klaar om te starten.
- Laat de verbrandingsmotor direct na het ontluchten van
het brandstofcircuit 5 minuten lang stationair draaien om
te controleren of de inspuitpomp perfect ontlucht is.

N.B. : Als de motor even correct draait en dan stopt of niet
goed werkt, controleer dan het lagedrukcircuit op eventuele
lekken.
In geval van twijfel uw dealer raadplegen.

MANUTENZIONE OCCASIONALE

- Adescamento/ Spurgo impianto di

alimentazione

Questa serie di operazioni deve essere effettuata
esclusivamente nei casi seguenti:

-Componente del circuito di alimentazione sostituito.

- Serbatoio svuotato.
- Serbatoio completamente vuoto dopo essere rimasti

senza carburante.

Qualunque contatto con il carburante ad alta pressione
presenta il rischio di assorbimento percutaneo e di
bruciatura.

Eventuali getti di carburante ad alta pressione possono
causare un incendio.

Il mancato rispetto delle raccomandazioni di controllo
e manutenzione può causare gravi lesioni.

Non eseguire mai alcun intervento sul circuito sotto
pressione.

Il mancato rispetto di questa raccomandazione può
causare gravi danni al motore.

Il circuito del carburante ad alta pressione deve essere
regolato e riparato esclusivamente da tecnici che
abbiano seguito un corso di formazione adeguato.

Verificare che il livello del combustibile nel serbatoio sia
sufficiente ed effettuare lo spurgo nell'ordine seguente:
- Aprire il cofano motore.
- Controllare lo stato del circuito di alimentazione del

carburante.

- Azionare circa 80 volte la pompa manuale “1”(fig.H1) per

eliminare l'aria dal circuito a bassa pressione.

- A questo punto il motore è pronto all'avvio.
- Far girare al minimo il motore termico per 5 minuti,

immediatamente dopo lo spurgo del circuito di
alimentazione del combustibile, al fine di verificare che la
pompa ad iniezione sia perfettamente spurgata.

NOTA: Se il motore gira correttamente per un breve tempo,

e poi si ferma o funziona irregolarmente, controllare
le eventuali perdite nel circuito a bassa pressione.
Nel dubbio, rivolgetevi al vostro concessionario.

H2 -

Regenerate the exhaust particulate filter
(Manual regeneration)

Manual regeneration is started by pressing the
regeneration switch. Forced regeneration can be
carried out only after the soot load has reached such a
point as to cause the DPF indicator to light up.

Forced regeneration is necessary only if automatic
regeneration has not been completed. This situation
may be due to activation of the disabling switch or
engine work cycle.

After the exhaust particulate filter regeneration
procedure, let the I.C. engine run at low speed for a
few minutes to lower the temperature before cutting
off the electric contact.

- Park the forklift truck in a safe, sufficiently ventilated
place.
- Check the following points:
- gear in neutral,
- parking brake applied,
- boom angle less than 5°,
- I.C. engine water temperature more than 60 °C.
- Check to make sure the fuel level is sufficient.
- Start up the forklift truck and run the I.C. engine for a few
minutes to bring it to the operating temperature.
- Press on the upper part of the switch “1” (Fig.H2) for
more than two seconds to start up the regeneration
procedure. (See: 2 - DESCRIPTION: image 3.8, point W-
*particulate filter regeneration)

Exhaust particulate filter regeneration procedure

If the operator uses the hydraulic commands or
presses the accelerator pedal during the regeneration,
the procedure is stopped automatically.
To stop the procedure correctly, press briefly in the
lower part of the switch.

- During the procedure, the engine speed is adjusted by
the I.C. engine electronic control unit.
- The duration of the exhaust particulate filter regeneration
varies (between 20 and 50 minutes) according to various
criteria, such as:
- the filter clogging level;
- the room temperature,
- the quality of the fuel and type of I.C. engine oil,
- the number of requests for automatic regeneration of the
exhaust particulate filter annulled previously.

H2 -

Het deeltjesfilter van de uitlaat regenereren

(Handmatige regeneratie)

De handmatige regeneratie start door de
regeneratieschakelaar in te drukken. De geforceerde
regeneratie kan alleen uitgevoerd worden als het
roetgehalte een punt bereikt heeft waardoor het DPF
lampje is gaan branden.

De geforceerde regeneratie is alleen nodig als de
automatische regeneratie niet voltooid is. Deze
situatie kan veroorzaakt zijn door het inschakelen van
de deactiveringsschakelaar of door de werkcyclus van
de motor.

Na de regeneratieprocedure van het deeltjesfilter, de
verbrandingsmotor enkele minuten stationair laten
draaien om de temperatuur te verlagen voor het
elektrische contact te verbreken.

- Parkeer de heftruck op een veilige en voldoende
geventileerde plaats.
- De volgende punten controleren:
- versnellingspook in zijn vrij,
- handrem aangetrokken;
- hoek van de arm kleiner dan 5°,
- temperatuur van het water van de verbrandingsmotor
hoger dan 60 °C.
- Controleer of er voldoende brandstof in de tank zit.
- Start de heftruck en laat de verbrandingsmotor enkele
minuten draaien om hem op de werktemperatuur te
brengen.
- Druk langer dan twee seconden op de bovenkant van de
schakelaar “1”(fig.H2) om de regeneratieprocedure te
starten.

Procedure voor de regeneratie van het deeltjesfilter
van de uitlaat

Als de bestuurder de hydraulische bedieningen
gebruikt of het gaspedaal intrapt tijdens de
regeneratie, dan wordt de procedure automatisch
onderbroken.
Om de procedure op correcte wijze te onderbreken
even de onderkant van de schakelaar indrukken.

- Tijdens de procedure wordt het motortoerental door de
elektronische regeleenheid van de verbrandingsmotor
geregeld.
- De duur van de regeneratie van het deeltjesfilter van de
uitlaat varieert (tussen de 20 en 50 minuten) naar gelang
verschillende criteria:
- de staat van verstopping van het filter,
- de omgevingstemperatuur,
- de kwaliteit van de brandstof en het soort motorolie,
- het aantal automatische regenereringen van het
deeltjesfilter dat eerder geannuleerd is.

H2 -

Rigenerare il filtro antiparticolato di
scappamento (Rigenerazione manuale)

La rigenerazione manuale si avvia premendo
l'interruttore di rigenerazione. La rigenerazione
forzata può essere eseguita solo dopo che il carico di
fuliggine ha raggiunto un punto tale da determinare
l'accensione dell'indicatore DPF .

La rigenerazione forzata è necessaria solo se non è
stata completata la rigenerazione automatica.
Questa situazione può essere dovuta all'azionamento
dell'interruttore di disabilitazione o al ciclo di lavoro
del motore.

Dopo la procedura di rigenerazione del filtro
antiparticolato di scappamento, lasciar girare il
motore
termico a basso regime per alcuni minuti per
abbassare la temperatura prima di interrompere il
contatto elettrico.

- Parcheggiare il carrello elevatore in un luogo sicuro e

sufficientemente ventilato.

- Verificare i punti seguenti:

- selettore di marcia in folle,
- freno di stazionamento inserito,
- angolo del braccio inferiore a 5°,
- temperatura dell'acqua del motore termico superiore

a 60 °C.

- Verificare che il livello di carburante sia sufficiente.
- Avviare il carrello elevatore e far funzionare il motore

termico per alcuni minuti per portarlo alla temperatura
operativa.

- Premere per più di due secondi la parte superiore

dell'interruttore “1”(fig.H2) per avviare la procedura di
rigenerazione.

Procedura di rigenerazione del filtro antiparticolato
di scappamento

Se l'operatore utilizza i comandi idraulici o preme il
pedale dell'acceleratore durante la rigenerazione, la
procedura si interrompe automaticamente.
Per interrompere correttamente la procedura premere
brevemente la parte inferiore dell'interruttore .

- Durante la procedura, il regime motore è regolato

dall'unità di controllo elettronico del motore termico.

- La durata di rigenerazione del filtro antiparticolato di

scappamento varia (fra 20 e 50 minuti) in base a vari
criteri fra cui:

- il livello di intasamento del filtro,
- la temperatura ambiente,
- la qualità del carburante e il tipo di olio del motore

termico,

- il numero di richieste di rigenerazione automatica

del filtro antiparticolato di scappamento annullate in
precedenza.

Changing a wheel

If the wheel needs changing while on the road, set the
forklift truck in safe conditions:

- If possible, stop the forklift truck on a level surface on
compact ground.
- Switch off the forklift truck (see: 1 – SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS AND STANDARDS: INSTRUCTIONS FOR
DRIVING WITH AND WITHOUT LOAD).
- Switch on the emergency lights.
- Apply wedges to immobilize the forklift truck in the two
directions on the axle opposite the wheel to be replaced.
- Slacken the bolts of the wheel to be changed so that they
can be removed without much effort.
- Place the jack under the semi-housing of the axle, as
close as possible to the wheel and adjust the jack.
- Lift the wheel off the ground and position the safety
support under the axle.
- Unscrew the bolts on the wheel completely and remove
them.
- Remove the wheel moving it back and forth and rotate it
on the side.
- Fit the new wheel on the hub.
- Screw the bolts manually, lubricating with grease, if
necessary.
- Remove the safety support and lower the forklift truck
using the crick.
- Tighten the wheel bolts all the way using a torque
wrench (See: 3 – MAINTENANCE: A – DAILY OR EVERY 10
HOURS OF SERVICE, for the tightening torque).

Een wiel verwisselen

Indien het wiel gewisseld moet worden langs de weg,
de omgeving van de heftruck in veiligheid stellen:

- Indien mogelijk de heftruck op een stevig en horizontaal
terrein zetten.
- De heftruck uitzetten (zie: 1 - AANWIJZINGEN EN
VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN: INSTRUCTIES MET
BETREKKING TOT HET RIJDEN ONBELAST EN MET EEN
LADING).
- Zet de paniekverlichting aan.
- Plaats de wiggen om de heftruck te blokkeren in de twee
richtingen op de as tegenover het te vervangen wiel.
- De moeren van het wiel dat verwisseld moet worden
losdraaien totdat ze zonder moeite verwijderd kunnen
worden.
- De krik onder het ashuis plaatsen, zo dicht mogelijk bij
het wiel en de krik regelen.
- Opkrikken totdat het wiel niet meer in contact met de
grond staat en de veiligheidsstut onder de as plaatsen.
- De wielbouten helemaal losdraaien en ze verwijderen.
- Het wiel losmaken m.b.v. heen- en weerbewegingen en
het op de zijkant rollen.
- Het nieuwe wiel op de naaf schuiven.
- De bouten met de hand aandraaien, ze zo nodig invetten.
- De veiligheidsstut verwijderen en de heftruck met de krik
laten zakken.
- De wielbouten aandraaien m.b.v. een sleutel met
regelbare koppel (zie: 3 - ONDERHOUD: A - DAGELIJKS OF
OM DE 10 WERKUREN, voor het aandraaimoment).

Sostituire una ruota

Qualora la sostituzione della ruota dovesse essere
effettuata lungo la strada, mettere in sicurezza
l'ambiente del carrello elevatore:

- Se possibile fermare il carrello elevatore in piano su un

terreno compatto.

- Spegnere il carrello elevatore (vedi: 1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME

DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI DI GUIDA A VUOTO E CON
CARICO).

- Accendere le luci di emergenza.
- Applicare cunei per immobilizzare il carrello elevatore nelle

due direzioni sull'assale opposto alla ruota da sostituire.

- Allentare i bulloni della ruota da sostituire fino a poterli

rimuovere senza grandi sforzi.

- Sistemare il cric sotto la semiscatola dell'assale, il più vicino

possibile alla ruota e regolare il cric.

- Sollevare la ruota fino a staccarla da terra e posizionare il

sostegno di sicurezza sotto l'assale.

- Svitare completamente i bulloni delle ruote e rimuoverli.
- Estrarre la ruota con movimenti di va e vieni e ruotarla sul

lato.

- Mettere la ruota nuova sul mozzo.
- Avvitare manualmente i bulloni, se necessario lubrificarli

con del grasso.

- Rimuovere il sostegno di sicurezza e abbassare il carrello

elevatore con il cric.

- Stringere a fondo i bulloni delle ruote con una chiave dina

mometrica (vedi: 3 - MANUTENZIONE: A - OGNI GIORNO O
OGNI 10 ORE DI FUNZIONAMENTO, per la coppia di
serraggio).

- Towing the forklift truck

Do not tow the forklift truck at a speed exceeding
5km/h, for a maximum distance of 100m.
This movement is hazardous.
Carefully block the forklift truck before towing it as the
parking brake system is not operative.

- Set the gear in neutral,
- Block the forklift truck.

External hydraulic negative brake with quick release

Deactivate the brake action:
- release the retainer unit “1” (Fig. H4/1) by tapping with a
mallet on the outer ring.
- insert pressure again and check to make sure that at the
end of the piston stroke the retainer unit “1” (Fig.H4/1) gets
connected to rod “2” (Fig.H4/1).

Set the gearbox in neutral

- Place a container under the hose pipes “1” (Fig. H4/2),
slacken these and make sure the oil does not flow out before
unscrewing these completely. Protect the orifices of the
hose pipes.
- Using a tool, slide the shaft “2” (Fig. H4/2) and note down
the block of the three positions. Check to make sure the
shaft is locked correctly in the intermediate position, i.e. at
the dead centre.
- Position the towing device.
- Remove the wedges.
- Switch on the emergency lights.

NOTE: In case of malfunctioning of the servo-steering or
servo-brake, act slowly and forcibly on these commands.
Avoid sudden movements and jerks.

- De heftruck aanslepen

De heftruck niet aanslepen met een snelheid boven de
5 km/h, over een maximale afstand van 100 m.
Deze manoeuvre is gevaarlijk.
Blokkeer voorzichtig de heftruck voor hem aan te
slepen want de handrem doet het niet.

- Zet de versnelling in zijn vrij.
- De heftruck blokkeren.

Externe negatieve hydraulische rem met snelle
deblokkering

Deactiveer de remwerking:
- deblokkeer de vergrendeling “1”(fig.H4/1) met een slag
met de hamer op de buitenste ring,
- voer weer druk toe en controleer of aan het einde van de
slag van de zuiger de vergrendeling “1”(fig.H4/1) weer aan
“de stang “2” (fig.H4/1) haakt.

De versnellingsbak in zijn vrij zetten

- Zet een bak onder de slangen “1” (Fig. H4/2), draai ze los
en wacht tot er geen olie meer uitloopt voor ze helemaal
los te draaien. Bescherm de openingen van de slangen.
- Laat de as “2” (Fig. H4/2) met behulp van een stuk
gereedschap schuiven en noteer de blokkering van de drie
posities. Controleer of de as goed geblokkeerd is in de
tussenstand, d.w.z. in het dode punt.
- Plaats de trekinrichting.
- Verwijder de wiggen.
- Zet de paniekverlichting aan.

N.B. : Als de hydraulische stuur- en rembekrachtiging niet
goed werken, deze bedieningsorganen langzaam maar
stevig bedienen. Plotselinge en schokkende bewegingen
vermijden.

- Trainare il carrello elevatore

Non trainare il carrello elevatore ad una velocità
superiore a 5 km/h, per una distanza massima di 100
m.
Questa manovra è pericolosa.
Bloccare con precauzione il carrello elevatore prima di
trainarlo perché il sistema del freno di stazionamento
non è operativo.

- Posizionare il selettore di marcia in folle.
- Bloccare il carrello elevatore.

Freno negativo idraulico esterno con sbloccaggio
rapido

Disattivare l’azione del freno:

- sbloccare il gruppo di ritegno “1”(fig.H4/1) con un colpo

di mazzuolo sull'anello esterno,

- inserire nuovamente pressione e controllare che a fine

corsa del pistone avvenga l'aggancio del gruppo di
ritegno “1”(fig.H4/1) sull'asta “2”(fig.H4/1).

Mettere in folle la scatola del cambio

- Posizionare un recipiente sotto i flessibili “1” (Fig. H4/2),

allentarli e attendere che l’olio non coli più prima di
svitarli completamente. Proteggere gli orifizi dei
flessibili.

- Con un utensile, far scorrere l’asse “2” (Fig. H4/2) e

prendere nota del blocco delle tre posizioni.
Controllare che l’asse sia ben bloccato nella posizione
intermedia, ossia al punto morto.

- Posizionare il dispositivo di traino.
- Togliere i cunei.
- Accendere le luci di emergenza.

NOTA: I n caso di malfunzionamento del ser vosterzo e del

ser vofreno, agire lentamente e con energia su questi
comandi. Evitare i movimenti bruschi e le scosse.

- Malfunctioning of the battery (Replace)

The battery handling and cleaning operations may be
hazardous. Therefore observe the following
precautions:
- Wear protective glasses.
- Handle the battery on a flat surface.
- Never smoke or use naked flames near the battery.
- Work in a room with sufficient ventilation.
- In case of contact of the electrolyte with the skin or
eyes, rinse with plenty of cold water for 15 minutes
and see a doctor.

- Open the engine hood.
- Use a spare battery, identical to the one used in the
forklift truck, and cables for the battery.
- Connect the spare battery according to the polarity
indicated (-) (+).
- Start up the forklift truck and remove the cables as soon
as the I.C. engine starts running.

Lift the boom and place a safety wedge on the lift
cylinder rod (see: 1 – SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND
REGULATIONS: FORKLIFT TRUCK MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS).

- Remove guard “1” (Fig. H5/1).
- Replace the battery “1” (Fig. H5/2).

-Storing in de accu (Vervangen)

De werkzaamheden aan en reiniging van de accu
kunnen gevaarlijk zijn. Volg dus de volgende
voorzorgsmaatregelen:
- Draag een beschermbril.
- Houd de accu vlak.
- Nooit roken of in de buurt van een open vuur aan
de accu werken.
- Voer de werkzaamheden in een voldoende
geventileerde ruimte uit.
- In geval van aanraking van het accuzuur met de
huid of de ogen, grondig gedurende 15 minuten
met koud water wassen en een arts raadplegen.

- De motorkap openen.
- Gebruik een reserveaccu die hetzelfde is als die van de
heftruck en accukabels.
- Verbind de reserveaccu met de juiste polariteit (-) (+).
- Start de heftruck en verwijder de kabels zodra de
verbrandingsmotor draait.

De arm opheffen en de veiligheidswig op de stang
van de hefcilinder plaatsen (zie: 1 - AANWIJZINGEN
EN VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN:
ONDERHOUDSAANWIJZINGEN VAN DE HEFTRUCK).

- Het beschermcarter verwijderen “1” (Fig. H5/1).
- De accu vervangen “1” (fig. H5/2).

-Malfunzionamento della batteria

(Sostituire)

Le manipolazioni e operazioni di pulizia della
batteria possono essere pericolose. Osservare quindi
le precauzioni seguenti:

- Indossare occhiali di protezione.
- Manipolare la batteria in piano.
- Non fumare mai, non lavorare vicino ad una

fiamma libera.

- Lavorare in un locale sufficientemente ventilato.
- In caso di contatto dell'elettrolito con la pelle o

gli occhi, sciacquare abbondantemente con acqua
fredda per 15 minuti e chiamare il medico.

- Aprire il cofano motore.
- Utilizzare una batteria di scorta, identica a quella del

carrello elevatore, e cavi per batteria.

- Collegare la batteria di scorta rispettando la polarità (-)

(+).

- Avviare il carrello elevatore e togliere i cavi non appena il

motore termico gira.

Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo di sicurezza
sullo stelo del martinetto di sollevamento (vedere:
1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI DI
MANUTENZIONE DEL CARRELLO ELEVATORE).

- Rimuovere il carter di protezione “1” (Fig. H5/1).
- Sostituire la batteria “1” (Fig. H5/2).

- Take into account the position of the centre of gravity of
the forklift truck for lifting “1” (Fig. H6/1).
- Position the belts in the fixing points meant for the

Transporting the forklift truck by trailer

Make sure the safety instructions relative to the
transport platform are applied correctly before
loading the forklift truck, and check to make sure the
vehicle driver is informed about the dimensions and
weight of the weight of the forklift truck (See
Chapter: TECHNICAL FEATURES in section 2 –
DESCRIPTION).

Make sure the dimensions and load capacity of the
platform are sufficient for transporting the forklift
truck. Also check the authorized contact pressure
with the ground for the platform in relation to the
forklift truck.

Load the forklift truck

- Block the wheels of the transport platform.
- Fix the loading ramps to the platform, in such a manner as
to obtain the smallest possible angle to lift the forklift truck
up.
- Load the forklift truck parallel to the platform.
- Switch the forklift truck off (See Chapter: DRIVING
INSTRUCTIONS in the part: 1 – SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND
STANDARDS).

Slinging a forklift truck

- Fix the wedges in front and behind each tyre (Fig. H7/1)
and
- Block the forklift truck on the platform using sufficiently
resistant ropes, on the front part of the forklift truck in fixing
points 1 and 2 (Fig. H4/4).
- Tighten the ropes (Fig. H4/4).

- De heftruck op een aanhanger vervoeren

Controleer of de veiligheidsvoorschriften met
betrekking tot het transportplatform toegepast zijn
voor de heftruck erop te laden en controleer of de
bestuurder van het vervoermiddel weet hoe groot
en zwaar de heftruck is (Zie hoofdstuk: TECHNISCHE
KENMERKEN in deel 2 - BESCHRIJVING).

Controleren of de afmetingen en het
draagvermogen van het platform toereikend zijn
voor het vervoer van de heftruck. Eveneens de
toelaatbare aanrakingsdruk op de grond van het
platform ten opzichte van de heftruck controleren.

De heftruck laden

Blokkeer de wielen van het transportplatform.

- Bevestig de laadbruggen zodanig aan het platform dat de
hoek waarmee de heftruck erop moet rijden zo klein
mogelijk is.
- De heftruck parallel ten opzichte van het platform laden.
- De heftruck uitzetten (Zie hoofdstuk: INSTRUCTIES VOOR
HET RIJDEN in het deel: 1 - AANWIJZINGEN EN
VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN).

De heftruck inschepen

- Bevestig de wiggen voor en achter ieder wiel (Fig. H7/1)
en
- Blokkeer de heftruck op het platform met voldoende
stevige kabels aan de voorkant van de heftruck in de
punten 1 en 2 (Fig. H4/4).
- Trek de touwen strak (Fig. H4/4).

- Trasportare il carrello elevatore su un rimorchio

Controllare la corretta applicazione delle istruzioni
di sicurezza relative alla piattaforma di trasporto
prima di caricare il carrello elevatore, e verificare che
il conduttore del mezzo di trasporto sia informato
delle caratteristiche dimensionali e del peso del
carrello elevatore (Vedi capitolo: CARATTERISTICHE
TECNICHE nella parte 2 - DESCRIZIONE).

Accertarsi che la piattaforma abbia delle dimensioni
e una capacità di carico sufficienti per trasportare il
carrello elevatore. Controllare anche la pressione di
contatto al suolo autorizzata per la piattaforma
rispetto al carrello elevatore.

Caricare il carrello elevatore

Bloccare le ruote della piattaforma di trasporto.

- Fissare le rampe di carico alla piattaforma, in modo da

ottenere un angolo il più piccolo possibile per far salire il

carrello elevatore.

- Caricare il carrello elevatore parallelamente alla

piattaforma.

- Spegnere il carrello elevatore (Vedi capitolo: ISTRUZIONI

DI GUIDA nella parte: 1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME DI

SICUREZZA).

Imbarcare un carrello elevatore

- Fissare i cunei davanti e dietro a

ciascun pneumatico (Fig. H7/1) e

- Bloccare il carrello elevatore sulla

piattaforma con funi sufficientemente
resistenti, sulla parte anteriore del
carrello elevatore nei punti di
ancoraggio 1 e 2 (Fig. H4/4).

- Portare le funi in tensione (Fig. H4/4).

-Adjust the headlights

Recommendations for the adjustment
(In accordance with standards ECE-76/756 76/761 ECE20).

Adjustment of the low beams by -2% in relation to the
horizontal axis of the projector.

Adjustment procedure

- Set the forklift truck, without load in the transport
position, perpendicular to a white wall, on a flat horizontal
ground (Fig. H8).
- Check the pressure of the tyres (See Chapter: B3
- CHECK THE PRESSURE OF THE TYRES AND TIGHTENING OF
THE WHEEL NUTS in section: 3 – MAINTENANCE).
- Set the reverse gear lever in neutral and engage the
parking brake.

Calculating the height of the low beams (h2)

(Fig. H8)

h1 = Height of low beams off the ground.
h2 = Height of adjusted beam.
I= Distance between the low beams and the white wall.
h2 = h1- (l x 2/100)

H9 - Have the transmitter rings of the rotary electric

manifold checked and cleaned (after 3 months
of shutdown)

Procedure voor het regelen

- Zet de heftruck onbelast in de transportstand loodrecht
op een witte muur op een vlakke horizontale ondergrond
(fig. H8).
- Controleer de bandenspanning (Zie hoofdstuk: B3
- BANDENSPANNING EN AANDRAAIING VAN DE
WIELBOUTEN CONTROLEREN in het deel: 3 - ONDERHOUD).
- Zet de hendel van de omkeerinrichting in zijn vrij en trek
de handrem aan.

Berekening van de hoogte van het dimlicht (h2)

- Mettere la leva dell’invertitore di marcia in folle e

azionare il freno di stazionameto.
