All the above parameters are measured on a loader horizontally parked on hard supporting ground. The 

operator should pay attention in operation to limits of various operating conditions, such as soft ground, slope 

or unbalanced carrying, and correspondingly adopt proper operating mode. 

1.3 Scope of Work and Configuration 

As one of major construction machines, loader is widely used in bucketing, conveying, unloading and 

leveling operation of loose materials in addition to light-duty cutting. 

The working unit of the loader is independently designed and developed by Chenggong with a self-made 

standard bucket. Loading weight of the loader should not exceed 3.5 tons. 

The loader is equipped with QSB series engine manufactured by Cummins Engine Company, Ltd. 

Torque-converting gearbox is

 ZF4WG-158

 manufactured by ZF Liuzhou Company.

 

Front and rear driving axles are manufactured by Chenggong.

II Cab Facilities 

2.1 Instruments, Control Switch and Indicator Light 

 

Engine oil pressure meter (2) – indicating pressure of engine oil; the standard value is 0.1 – 1.0 

Mpa. 

Engine water temperature meter (3) 

– indicating the temperature of engine coolant; 

the standard value is 

80℃~92℃. 

Engine speed meter (4) – indicating the work speed of engine; the standard value is 0~2000rpm.

Also indicates the voltage value of circuit; the standard value is 8~32V.   

Speedometer (5) – indicates traveling speed of the loader, normal value 0- 40km/h. It also 

displays combustion time of engine. 

Torque converter oil temperature meter (6) 

– indicating working oil temperature 

of torque converter; the standard value is ≤

120℃. 

Voltage meter (7) 

– indicating power voltage of circuit; the rated value is 24V;

   The electrical control system of this wheel loader is comprised of two parts: one is 

electronic fuel ejection control system, controlled by CAN bus; another one is control system 

for accessories, including components for lighting, signal and alarm indication, air conditioning, 

hoist control, leveling control, etc. 

2.2 Fuse 

 Fuse is installed under the left side of dashboard in cab. 

 Fuse – protects electrical system against damages caused by loop overload. If fuse is 

damaged, replace it. In case the new fuse is blown out again, check and repair the circuit.
