Кроме вышеперечисленных причин множественные гипоэхогенные очаги могут быть при

некоторые инфекциях (токсоплазмозе мононуклеозе туберкулезе и других заболеваниях проте-
кающих с реактивным гистиоцитозом) Обычно выявляются мелкие (размерами до 12 мм) очажки
неправильной формы с неровными и нечеткими контурами
