Unit descriptor 

This unit covers the competency to assemble a competition 
vehicle in accordance with team requirements, supplementary 
regulations and component suppliers’ specifications. This 
includes preparing components for assembly, installation of 
sub-assemblies and systems, and setting vehicle baseline 
configuration.  

Prerequisites 

AURM3410A   Perform torquing and fastening 

AURM3405A   Conduct non-destructive testing

1.  Collect information and

component supplier specifications are used to determine

equipment, and quantities
