Remove/Install

 

 

 Danger!

parts becoming jammed, pinched

flaps or by loose components

Keep body parts well clear when
moving doors, covers, flaps and
components. Wear protective
gloves and protective shoes.

Disengage seat belts (1) from
belt locks

Move bench seat (2) toward front

Remove upholstery (3)

Fold out cover (4)

Disconnect electrical connector
(5)

Turn cleaning cover (6) with
water level sensor (7) in direction
of arrow

Remove cleaning cover (6) with
water level sensor (7)

 Installation: Check O-ring

(8) for damage, replace if
necessary

Unscrew nut (9)

Remove water level sensor (7)

 Installation: Check O-ring

(10) for damage, replace if
necessary

Check water level sensor (7) for
proper function

 Connect water level sensor

(7) with connector (5) and move
float (11).Water level sensor
should change in central
electrical system.

Install in the reverse order

Drain fresh water tank

Disengage seat belts (1) from
belt locks

Move bench seat (2) toward front

Remove upholstery (3)

Fold out cover (4)

Remove plug (5)

Remove bolts (6)

Loosen bolts (7)

Slide cover (8) toward right and
remove

Disconnect electrical connector
(9)

Remove cleaning cover (10) with
water level sensor (11)

Disconnect electrical connector
(12)

Unpin electrical lines (13)

 

 

14

Install electrical line (14) with
grommet (15) in fresh water tank

Pull off hose (17)

Remove water pump (18)

Install in the reverse order

Check water pump (18) for

Remove/Install

sharp vehicle parts

when working on or near sharp
and non-deburred vehicle parts. 
Deburr repair panels.

Remove bolts (1)

Pull out fresh water filler necks
(2)

 Until hose clamps (3) are

accessible

Loosen hose clamps (3)

Disconnect hoses (4)

Remove fresh water filler necks
(2)

 Installation: Check gasket

(5) for damage, replace if
necessary.

Install in the reverse order

Close all water taps and valves
of fresh water system

Establish city water connection
(1)

 See Operating Instructions

 

 

 

 Pressurize fresh water

system with pressure from city
water supply.

Bleed fresh water system

 Open water taps on

boiler/sink combination and in
wash room until bubbles are no
longer present in water flowing
out.

Check city water connection (1)
for leakage

Check fresh water system for
leakage in area of boiler/sink
combination
