ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА И РАЗВИТИЯ

ОЭСР  является  уникальным  форумом,  на  котором  правительства  совместно
работают над решением экономических, социальных и экологических проблем
глобализации.  В  то  же  время  ОЭСР  неизменно  стремится  понять  сущность
новых  тенденций  и  трудностей,  таких  как  корпоративное  управление,
информационная  экономика  и  проблемы  старения  населения,  и  помочь
правительствам  в  принятии  соответствующих  мер.  Организация  дает
государствам возможность сравнивать результаты тех или иных политических
мер,  искать  способы  разрешения  общих  проблем,  перенимать  друг  у  друга
передовой  опыт  и  работать  над  координированием  национальных  и
международных стратегий.

В  состав  ОЭСР  входят  следующие  страны:  Австралия,  Австрия,  Бельгия,
Великобритания,  Венгрия,  Германия,  Греция,  Дания,  Израиль,  Ирландия,
Исландия,  Испания,  Италия,  Канада,  Корея,  Латвия,  Люксембург,  Мексика,
Нидерланды,  Новая  Зеландия,  Норвегия,  Польша,  Португалия,  Словакия,
Словения,  США,  Турция,  Финляндия,  Франция,  Чехия,  Чили,  Швейцария,
Швеция,  Эстония  и  Япония.  В  работе  ОЭСР  принимает  участие  Европейская
комиссия.

Публикации  ОЭСР  широко  распространяют  результаты  сбора  статистических
данных  и  исследований,  проводимых  ОЭСР  в  области  экономических,
социальных  и  экологических  вопросов,  а  также  конвенции,  руководящие
принципы и стандарты, согласованные ее членами.

В последние годы Казахстан стал активнее сотрудничать с ОЭСР, в частности в связи с
запуском «Страновой программы ОЭСР по Казахстану» в январе 2015 года, охватывающей
почти 20 отдельных проектов в широком спектре областей экономической политики.
Настоящее издание представляет собой обзор проделанной работы в основных сферах,
охватываемых «Страновой программой», где оцениваются как достигнутые успехи,
так и предстоящие задачи, связанные с вопросами государственного управления,
реформирования экономики, экологически-ориентированного роста и социальной
политики. Изучение связей между различными направлениями политики позволяет
вывести общие закономерности, которые могут оказаться полезными в будущем, и
представить более целостную картину реформ, осуществляемых в Казахстане.
