INPUT SHAFT PILOT BEARING REPLACEMENT (HEAVY DUTY AND SUPER HEAVY DUTY)

Tip: 

Ensure the printing on the bearing is facing 
upward.  

A suitable adapter is required to use with 
the J 8092 to install.  

Press the bearing until the bearing bottoms 
on the rear case half.  

 
Special Tools:  
J 8092 Driver Handle

Ensure the bearing is installed squarely into the input shaft bore.

FRONT OUTPUT SHAFT FRONT AND REAR BEARING REPLACEMENT

Using a suitable adapter and an arbor press, 
remove the input shaft pilot bearing by 
going through the front of the input shaft.  

Install the bearing using the large side of 
the DT-48212 .  

Press the bearing until the tool bottoms on 
the input shaft.

front output shaft.
