relevant laws, regulations and codes of practice that apply to 
the industry.

obligations, environmental legislation, relevant health 
regulations, manual handling procedures and organisation 
insurance requirements 

•  Work requires individuals to demonstrate discretion, 

judgement and problem solving skills in the interpretation 
of laws, regulations and codes of practice 

•  Competency may be demonstrated in workplaces involved 

in marine sales, service station operation, dealerships, 
roadside repairs, general repair, tyre centres but not limited 
to any industry enterprise
