LITASCO’s antivirus maintenance contract is reaching the maturity date. We are looking to purchase a complete

antivirus suite able to protect LITASCO from the actual and future menaces.

The focus of this RFP is to provide the necessary informational requirements such that a qualified vendor can
propose a solution that meets the criteria.

Litasco is requesting proposals for the replacement of the Internet Security Gateway (proxy) infrastructure

1) Introduction

LITASCO’s Internet Security Gateway (proxy) infrastructure is reaching the end of life timestamp. We
want to renew our infrastructure and adapt it to our current Internet lines speed and security needs.

2) Qualified Applicants

To be qualified for this RFP, applicant must be an authorized reseller of the solution proposed and
demonstrate high skills, huge experience with proxy infrastructure and security.

3) Jurisdiction and timeline

4) Proxy Infrastructure and mandatory features



Antivirus / Sandboxing

The proposed solution must use an embedded antivirus solution (not Kaspersky). The solution
must protect us from viruses, botnets, malware, rootkits, etc.

Sandboxing is mandatory (can be performed in the cloud).



URL filtering

The proposed solution must use an embedded filtering engine.

Updates must be downloaded automatically during specified time frames.

We must be able to block/allow specific categories for users/groups.

The solution must protect us from well-known botnets, websites, etc.

The solution must provide real time classification of unknown websites.



Web 2.0 / CASB

We must be able to allow/block web 2.0 applications or cloud applications.



Authentication

The proposed solution must be able to connect to Active Directory and perform transparent
authentication.



HTTPS Interception

The solution must intercept HTTPS traffic.



Availability

The solution proposed must be deployed in high availability mode. Hybrid solutions are
welcome (appliances on premise + cloud).



Laptops / Mobile Devices

The proposed solution must be able to filter web traffic when laptops/mobile devices are
abroad.



DLP

DLP must be quoted as an option.



Browser Isolation

Such feature must be available.



Reporting

The proposed solution must include a consolidated reporting solution. We must be able to
schedule reports and send them by email.

Management

The proposed solution must have a consolidated management console.

country or the nearest country. There should not be speed limits to the proxy cloud services.

IMPORTANT: In Singapore and Dubai we use a virtual appliance (VMWARE ESXi).



Communication Services for the West Qurna (Phase 2) Contract Area, Republic of Iraq

LUKOIL Mid-East Limited, a designated Operator for the West Qurna (Phase 2) Contract Area in
the Republic of Iraq, is developing the West Qurna-2 oil field under the Development and Production
Service Contract signed with the South Oil Company of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil.

Legal entities, domestic Iraqi and foreign companies having experience of supplies similar by nature
to the subject of the Tender, which are allowed by the legislation of the Republic of Iraq and/or by
their country of certification to perform supplies to the Republic of Iraq, may participate in the Tender.

Companies acting as Bidders shall meet the following minimal qualification requirements specified
in Tender Documentation, including:

The Bidder has the average annual turnover for the last 3 (three) years in the amount of not
less than USD 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand US dollars);

of existing service bay to convenience store (APC) at two (2) LNA sites # 57202 – East Orange, NJ and # 57730
– Piscataway, NJ, in accordance with the specifications listed in the drawings provided by LNA, as per the
specifications and features stipulated below, including following:
