Failure description

Voltage of power supply is higher than 36V during machine operation.

Controller reaction

Driving of motor and solenoid valve is cut off automatically by the system.

Engine fails to accelerate and machine moves slowly.

Motor feedback voltage is lower than 0.25V or higher than 4.75V 

Controller reaction

The controller stops the motor driving system when this failure is detected.

Symptom on machine Engine acceleration fails and the machine acts slowly. .

Failure symptom

Hydraulic oil temperature is abnormal.  Only 
alarm output is effective.

Failure description

Controller detects a temperature resistance of hydraulic oil that is lower than 
10 ohms or higher than 120 ohms  and it lasts more than 3s. 

Controller reaction

Only alarm output is effective. The alarm resets automatically when conditions 
become normal.

The potentiometer built in the motor is irregular. It returns 

to auto deceleration when time point is detected.

When machine power is on, throttle position feedback has a voltage other than 

0.25-4.75V lasting more 50 msec. 

Controller reaction

Returns to auto deceleration. 

Symptom on machine

The throttle fails to increase engine speed.

Failure symptom

Front pump proportional solenoid current is abnor-
mal. The system operates slowly.

Failure description

Abnormality occurs in loaded circuit of proportional solenoid. Current which is 
above 1.3A lasts for 3 second. Differential current occurs in drive protection 
loop.

Controller reaction

Stop the solenoid when failure is detected. Power supply must be restored. 

Symptom on machine System operates slowly.
