Water Pump   

Removal  

 

1 

. 

 

Carry out the supercharging cooling system draining procedure.  

For additional information, refer to Supercharger Cooling System Draining, Filling and 

Bleeding  

 

 

 

2 . Remove the engine oil cooler.  

For additional information, refer to Oil Cooler - Vehicles With: Supercharger (12.60.68)  

 

 

3 . Disconnect the water pump electrical connector. 

 

 

 

4 . Disconnect the water pump coolant hoses. 

 

 

 

5 . Remove the water pump retaining bolt.  

 

 

 

6 . Remove the water pump.  

 

 

 

Installation  

 

1 . To install, reverse the removal procedure. 

  

 

Tighten to 7 Nm.

Carry out the supercharging cooling system filling and bleeding procedure.
