Tighten to 9 Nm.

 

 

 

 

 

16 . Carry out the air conditioning (A/C) system evacuation and charging procedure. <<412-00>> 

 

 

17 . Carry out the A/C system flourescent dye leak detection procedure. <<412-00>> 

 

 

18 . Refit the radiator grille opening panel. <<501-02>> 

 

 

 

Condenser Core - 2.7L V6 - TdV6

Removal

Carry out the air conditioning (A/C) system recovery procedure.  

For additional information, refer to Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and 

Charging (82.30.30)  

 

 

 

2 . NOTE:  

 

 

Petrol engine variant shown, diesel engine variant similar. 

 

Remove the radiator grille opening panel.  

 

 

 

3 . NOTE:  

 

 

Cap the exposed ports. 

 

Disconnect the condenser core supply line.  

  

 

Remove and discard the O-ring seal.

4 . Remove the radiator splash shield.  

For additional information, refer to Radiator Splash Shield (76.22.90)  

 

 

5 . Remove the radiator lower cowl.  

 

 

 

6 . NOTE:  

 

 

Cap the exposed ports. 

 

Disconnect the condenser core return line.  

  

 

Remove and discard the O-ring seal.

 

 

 

 

 

7 . Detach the condenser core.  

  

 

Remove the retaining bolts.

 

 

 

 

 

8 . Remove the condenser core.  

 

 

 

Installation  

 

1 . To install, reverse the removal procedure. 

  

 

Tighten to 7 Nm.

 

 

 

 

 

2 . NOTE:  

 

 

Install a new O-ring seal.
