13. Install the slinger.

NOTE:

Coat the lips of the pinion seal with Motorcraft SAE 75W-90 Premium 4x4 
Front Axle Lubricant XY-75W90-TQL or equivalent meeting Ford 
specification WSP-M2C201-A.

14. Place the pinion seal on the special tool.  

15. Place the special tool and seal in the pinion seal bore and drive the seal into place.
