8. Connect the clutch pedal position switch.

9. Connect the clutch master cylinder push rod and retainer bushing.

10. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to JACKING & HOISTING .  

11. Connect the clutch hydraulic line to the transmission. 

WARNING:

The electrical power to the air suspension system must be shut off 
prior to hoisting, jacking, or towing an air suspension vehicle. This 
can be accomplished by turning off the rh kick panel area. Failure to 
inflation of deflation of the air springs which may result in shifting of 
the vehicle during these operations.

12. Lower the vehicle.  

13. Turn on the air suspension switch, if equipped.  

14. Bleed the clutch hydraulic system. For additional information, refer to MANUAL TRANSMISSION, 

CLUTCH & TRANSFER CASE - F150 PICKUP .  

SLAVE CYLINDER 

Removal 

1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & HOISTING .  

2. Remove the hydraulic line from the slave cylinder. 

WARNING:
