2. Install the valve lifter oil manifold (1) to the engine. 

3. Install the valve lifter oil manifold bolts (2). 

Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft). 

NOTE:

Refer to Fastener Notice .

4. Connect the engine harness electrical connector (1) to the oil pressure sensor.  

5. Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement (L92 - First Design) 

or Intake Manifold Replacement (L92 - Second Design) or Intake Manifold 
Replacement (LY2 and LY6) or Intake Manifold Replacement (LH6, LMG, LY5 and

1. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement (L92 - First 

Design) or Intake Manifold Replacement (L92 - Second Design) or Intake Manifold 
Replacement (LY2 and LY6) or Intake Manifold Replacement (LH6, LMG, LY5 and 
L76).  

2. Disconnect the engine harness electrical connector (1) from the oil pressure sensor.

3. Remove the oil pressure sensor (1) and washer (2).  

4. Remove and discard the valve lifter oil filter (3).  

5. Remove and discard the valve lifter oil filter O-ring seal (4).
