13. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the MAF/IAT sensor. 

Tighten: Tighten the clamp to 4 N.m (35 lb in). 

VALVE ROCKER ARM AND PUSH ROD REPLACEMENT 

Removal Procedure 

IMPORTANT: Mark, sort, and organize all the components for assembly.

1. Remove the rocker arm cover. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement - Left 

Side or Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement - Right Side.  

2. Remove the rocker arms.

3. Remove the rocker arm supports.

4. Remove the pushrods.  

5. Clean and inspect the rocker arms and/or pushrods, if necessary. Refer to Valve Rocker 

Arm and Push Rod Cleaning and Inspection.  

Installation Procedure 

IMPORTANT: Be sure to keep parts in order. Parts must be reinstalled into the 

original location and position.
