Risk of injury
When performing work on body parts, major assembly parts and
suspension parts that, due to their manufacturing process or their
finishing stage, have not yet been deburred, there is the risk of cutting,
ripping and scraping body parts on non-deburred edges.

Safety precautions/instructions
- Wear protective gloves.
- Deburr repair panels and edges that have been
cut.
- Avoid applying too much pressure when working,
otherwise there is the danger of slipping.
First aid measures:
Move the victim out of the hazard area.
Treat the wound to stop the bleeding. If any
arteries have been cut, the flow of blood to that
area must be stopped (by applying a tourniquet
above the injured area).
Consult a physician immediately in the case of
serious injuries (heavy bleeding, severed limbs,
etc.), sings of blood poisoning or if victim is
unconscious.
